POSSIBLE DISADVANTAGES OF USING FEMALE CONDOM

Although the female condom has many advantages there are some disadvantages which may occur when using it:

  • The use may be complicated at first.
  • During the sexual intercourse the Female Condom may slip into the vagina.
  • Irritation of vulva by outer ring and penis by inner ring may occur.
  • The device may not be aesthetically pleasing to some people.
  • When not lubricated enough it may make a sound during the sexual intercourse.
